Appointment Policies
Scheduling:
You can schedule your appointment with Holly's Healing Hands by calling Holly Legan at 330-907-6391.
Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure your full treatment time. If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, Holly will then determine if there is enough time to start a massage treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment you receive, you will be responsible to pay for the "full" session.
Preparation of Session:
When preparing for your massage session, please refrain from wearing any scented body products prior to your scheduled appointments.
Payment:
Full payment is expected at the time of service. Holly's Healing Hands gladly accepts cash, personal checks and credit cards. In the event of a NSF check that is returned, you will be charged an additional $40 fee.
Cancellation Policy:
24 hours advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows Holly the opportunity to schedule another appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25. This amount must be paid at your next scheduled appointment.
Sexual Advances:
Holly's Healing Hands is a professional massage business. Sexual advances of any kind are unwelcomed and will result in termination of the session with payment due in full.
